Bespoke high-end security, fire and smart tech installations for prestigious award-winning buildings
Using skill, innovation and expertise to work on some of the countries most impressive buildings
Over the years we have had the opportunity to design and install security, fire and smart home technology to many world-class properties and establishments. These architecturally stunning and complex sites often present unusual demands and challenges. However, the reward of delivering a unique and seamless system that meets exacting requirements is worth the effort.
The Blavatnik School of government, part of the University of Oxford
Located right in the heart of Oxford. The Blavatnik features glass interior walls, courtyards and skylights to flood the space with natural light. The building boasts many flexible teaching spaces, two horseshoe-shaped lecture theatres and a forum for exhibition and debate.
We designed and installed a multi-layered intruder, CCTV and access control system to protect the public and high profile visitors at this impressive, purpose-built university facility.
The building was won: Riba National Award 2016, Riba SOUTH award 2016, Riba South client of the year 2016, shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Award and BBC Reader’s Favourite New British Building.
The Weston Library, part of the Bodleian Library, Oxford

Chris Lewis designed a tailor-made fire-protection system for the building. It needed to actively integrate with its high-level security systems. The high-tech project protects documents of national importance that are used by renowned academics, students and the public.
Its list of awards includes Riba National Award 2016, Riba South award 2016, Riba south Building of the Year 2016 – sponsored by marley eternity, shortlisted for the Stirling prize 2016.
The Investcorp Building, St Antony’s College, Oxford Univeristy
The new Middle East Centre at St Antony’s College is striking and bold. Designed by the late renowned architect Dame Zaha Hadid, it is a concept that uses a sleek stainless steal façade to gently reflect the light and nature around it.
We installed a comprehensive security system. This included digital CCTV, intruder alarms and access control. Discreet and innovative, this bespoke system delivers maximum protection while working in harmony with the building’s aesthetics.
