    Home Automation System

    Chris Lewis Smart Home were contracted to design and install a fully integrated home automation system for a refurbished property which was under development. It needed to include lighting, security, audio and HD TV satellite distribution, which can be controlled via an iPad.

    To meet these project requirements Chris Lewis combined the best equipment and their expert knowledge to deliver a solution which was appealing and flexible for the future owner of the property.

    The Result
    The property received a lot of interest, sold quickly and at a good price in a difficult marketplace. The new owners say the technology was a determining factor in their choice of property and we are currently extending it to include remote control of heating and new music and touchscreen control zones.
