/ Group Internal Contract Sales Consultant

The Internal Contract Sales role is a full-time position to identify and quote for new or additional contract services to both new and existing customers and to provide the highest quality and efficient service to our contract customer base of almost 5000.
This is a target-driven role with both direct and team sales targets. The role-holder will log, quote for and track contract enquiries. engineer leads and produce regular reports to demonstrate success of each sales channel. Enquiries will be in the form of inbound calls and on-line leads (Email/LiveChat).

What are we expecting from you?
The identification of potential sales leads from existing customer base, inbound customer enquiries, marketing initiatives and historical sales data.
The production of quotations and service level agreements and the following up of quotations over the phone and email.
Take responsibility for communicating with new and existing clients to discuss cross sales and new contract opportunities to inform of costs involved and secure client authorisation to proceed.
Demonstrate the ability to discuss both Fire & Security and Audio Visual leads and to use these opportunities as a platform to promote the whole business.
Hours of work are expected to be Monday to Friday 8.30am – 17.00pm although you will need to work the hours required to make the role a success.
